What size should I get?

The Mid-Rise Grip Sock is one size and fits US women's sizes 6–11.

Do they work on a reformer?

Yes. The full-sole heart grip is made for reformer, mat Pilates, Barre and yoga.

How do I wash them?

Machine wash cold and lay flat to dry. Skip the dryer to keep the grip in good shape.

Can I return my socks?

For hygiene reasons, grip socks can only be returned unopened, in their original sealed packaging, within 30 days of delivery. See our Refund Policy for details.

How much is shipping?
